We Check Our Roster
Brat Haus Collective contacts eligible team members and determines availability. For same-day requests, we'll immediately confirm what portion of the request we can fulfill.

You Receive Confirmation
The venue receives confirmation of the staff assigned to the shift before deployment. No staff should be considered confirmed until Brat Haus Collective has provided confirmation.

The Team Arrives
Confirmed staff arrive prepared for the scheduled shift and follow the venue's service standards, dress code and operating procedures.
