Brat Haus Collective was founded by Ally and Morgan — two hospitality directors who spent years watching Toronto's best rooms get let down by inconsistent staffing. So they built the answer.
Today the collective is a hand-picked roster of bottle service, bartenders, VIP hosts, and brand ambassadors. Every member is Smart Serve certified, briefed on the venue and the guest list, and trained to read a room before anyone asks them to.
We work with nightlife operators, promoters, private hosts, agencies, and festivals across Toronto, the GTA, Durham Region, and beyond. Same standard every time.
